At Great Lakes Nutrition, we will do whatever we can to ensure our satisfaction guarantee policy is enforced. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it, within 60 days, for a refund minus shipping costs.
To return an item simply send it back to us at the below address. Please include a note telling us why you are returning the item. Also be sure to include a copy of your receipt.

We will not be responsible to cover the costs of shipping on any return unless there was an error on the part of Great Lakes Nutrition.
Please Use Some Form Of Tracking
We will not be held liable for any returns lost during shipping. We recommend using a tracking service to monitor the progess of your return during shipment. USPS Delivery Confirmation is very affordable (around $0.15) and will confirm when your return has made it back to us. We cannot process returns that do not make it back to us.
Multiple Bottle Policy
If you order 3 or bottles and want to do a return after the 60 day period then you will be required to return at least 2 bottles unopened and in resellable condition.
All Items Returned Must Be In Their Original Bottle
We will not accept returns that are not in their original bottle. Returns that are not in their original bottle, labels, etc will not be processed or accepted. All items must be returned as they were shipped with labels still on the bottles. Do not attempt to return an item to us with the product in a plastic baggie, jewelry box, envelope, etc.
We cannot process returns that are older than 60 days.
